Banana Oat Muffins (bread)

They don’t even taste healthy!
¾ ground nuts or chopped
2 ¾ cups oat flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
¼ cup of milled flax seed or oat bran (opt.)
3 Tbsp oil
½ c. milk
1 c. pure maple syrup
1 egg
2 small bananas

Mix together the dry ingredients.
Beat in the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into oiled and floured muffin tins.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

They are great for breakfast on the go and for snacks. My kids and husband love them! Note: My husband is pickier than my kids, and he couldn’t believe they were healthy.
