Easy, kids love them
1 jar peanut butter (
About 8 cups of toasted oats
You can add flax oil
or milled flax seed (for added fiber and omega fatty acids)
- Heat and blend the first 2 ingredients
- Remove from heat, add cheerios and flax
- Spread them out on wax paper or on your clean container
- Let cool
- Eat warm or cold
